GCI/GenMin Leader Development Programs
GCI offers several programs that develop ministry-minded young people. Those programs include working on staff at GenMin camps, participating in GenMin mission trips, attending the GenMin GC Ignite event and (as outlined below), participating in the GCI Intern Program and through academic study at GCS and ACCM.
GCI Intern Program
The GCI Intern Program is a 2.5-year-long discipleship experience that includes earning a seminary degree and church-based employment.
Through Grace Communion Seminary (GCS), GCI offers affordable, accredited, on-line master's degrees in pastoral studies and theology.
Through Ambassador College of Christian Ministry (ACCM), GCI offers people not ready for a master's degree, an affordable, on-line program of study leading to a diploma in Christian ministry.
