GCI/GenMin Leader Development Programs
GCI offers several programs that help to develop ministry-minded young people. Those programs include working on staff at GenMin camps, participating in GenMin mission trips, attending the GenMin GC Ignite event and (as outlined below), participating in the GCI Intern Program and GCI's affiliate educational programs: GCS (Grace Communion Seminary) and ACCM (Ambassador College of Christian Ministry).
GCI Intern Program
GCI offers The GCI Intern Program, a 2.5-year-long discipleship experience. Interns study at GCS or another seminary. They are embeded in a GCI congregation where they serve in youth ministry, college ministry, or community outreach.
While being equipped in practical ministry, interns engage in vocational exploration with the help of GCI mentors and life-coaches. For details, click here and watch the video above.
Through Grace Communion Seminary (GCS), GCI offers affordable, accredited, on-line master's degrees in pastoral studies and theology. For details, click here and watch the video above.
For young emerging leaders not ready for a master's degree program, GCI, through Ambassador College of Christian Ministry (ACCM), offers an affordable, on-line diploma program that focuses on preparation for Christian ministry.
