Leader Development Programs
Are you a young Christian leader looking for opportunities to grow in ministry with Jesus? If so, GCI offers three life-changing, long-term, ministry-focused leader development programs: GenMin's Journey with the Master, GCI's Intern Program and GCI-affiliated Grace Communion Seminary.
GenMin Journey with the Master (JWM)

In the video below, participants in a JWM intensive in Southern California share their impressions about the benefits of JWM.
GCI Intern Program
GCI offers a unique, 2-3 year discipleship experience. Interns study at Grace Communion Seminary (see below) or at another seminary. They are embeded in a GCI congregation where they serve in youth ministry, college ministry, or in a community outreach initiative. While being equipped in practical ministry, interns engage in vocational exploration with the help of GCI mentors and life-coaches. For details, click here and watch this video:
Grace Communion Seminary (GCS)
Through GCS, GCI offers affordable, accredited, on-line master's degrees in pastoral studies and theology. For details, click here and watch this introductory video:
For young emerging leaders not ready for a master's degree program, GCI, through Ambassador College of Christian Ministry (ACCM), offers an affordable, on-line diploma program that focuses on preparation for Christian ministry.
